in-mold decorating Emerald uses both temperature and humidity control and a Class 10,000 clean room to ensure optimal quality in our screen printing, pad printing or patent-approved printing and laser etching processes.  

We offer flat and formable printing, using both solvent- and UV-based inks on a variety of materials. We work very closely with our customers in color development, especially in difficult applications where backlighting is required.

We also offer complementary processes including embossing, laminating, forming and trimming utilizing match metal and steel rule dies.
