Part design is critical to the success of injection molding. We work very closely with our customers to achieve a part design that meets their functional requirements, while still being robust enough to be processed cost-effectively through the injection-molding process.

An exceptionally clean and efficient work environment allows us to in-mold sensitive decorative films and ensures good product quality. We use robotic part-removal for consistent cycle times and RJG pressure sensors to monitor process parameters on critical molds. In addition, Toyota Production work cells are set up in-line with molding presses.
