Using custom-designed Y.A.G. equipment, Emerald can provide highly decorated back-lit or surface-decorated laser-marked components. We can handle flat or contoured surfaces, within a 250mm marking field, and a wide variety of substrates.

Our lasers also are used to support our medical business. We metal-finish orthopedic tools, which require difficult lasing around 360 degree surfaces and precise markings that are held to very tight tolerances. Our engineers work with our customers to design robust fixturing that allows our customers to achieve their product requirement goals.
